After You Arrive
A brief policy overview; by completing your reservation, you are agreeing to abide by all of the Inn at Oriental’s policies, procedures, and agreeing to accept all responsibility for the duration of the reservation.
More details on the Inn at Oriental’s Policies are available in your room book & upon request.
Check In
Between 3:00p & 6:00p
Whoever made the reservation needs to bring a valid ID & be prepared to pay the remaining balance for the entire stay.
Check Out
By 11a
Leave all used towels on the bathroom floor, return your room key to the bowl on the front desk & any items left behind will be mailed back at the guest’s expense.
Breakfast
Daily from 7:30a to 9:30am
Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions upon check in & a copy of the menu is in your room book.
Pets
Friendly & leashed dogs are welcome. The pet fee is $50 extra per dog, per stay.
2 dogs maximum, per room.
Payment
50% of the stay total is due at time of booking
The remaining 50% of the stay total is due at time of check in. Any additional charges will be added at time of check out.
Cancellation / No Show
Cancel within 14 days of check in = 1 night’s stay charged
Cancel within 7 days of check in = 50% of entire stay charged
Cancel within 2 days of check in/ no show = 100% of entire stay charged
In Room
No partying/ no smoking
Quiet hours from 11:00p – 7:00a
if violated, the guest(s) forfeit fees, including any damages.
Age Restriction
NC Law states that no one under 19 years old can check in without an adult.
Smoking
Prohibited inside ($500 cleaning fee)
Use designated outdoor areas only & please be courteous to other guests.
Parking
Please use the gravel lot.
